From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a smile. Our educators take the time to get to know each child and help them feel comfortable saying goodbye. If your child is feeling unsure, we’ll offer cuddles, gentle reassurance, and a familiar routine to ease them into the day.

It’s completely normal for children to feel a little nervous or teary when starting care. Some settle in within a few days, while others need a bit more time, and that’s okay. We’ll work with you to find what helps your child feel at ease, whether it’s a quick goodbye, a comfort toy, or extra support from educators.

Children thrive on routine. Each day follows a consistent rhythm with time for play, meals, rest, and outdoor exploration. Predictable routines help children feel safe and confident because they know what comes next.

All meals and snacks are included in your daily fee and freshly prepared onsite. We cater for allergies, dietary needs, and family preferences.

Rest times are adapted to suit each child’s age and routine. Babies and toddlers have quiet sleep spaces, while older children can enjoy restful activities if they no longer nap.

Every day includes time outside. Children can run, climb, dig, and explore natural spaces that build strong bodies and curious minds. As part of our commitment to connecting children with nature, we also offer Bush Kinder experiences that bring learning outdoors.

Communication is important to us. You’ll receive daily updates and photos so you can see what your child has been up to. Educators are always available to chat at drop-off or pick-up, and you’re welcome to call anytime during the day if you’d like to check in.
